De nieuwe leraren

I totally disagree with people who think we have to become perfect before we can teach something. That’s the old paradigm. The new paradigm of teachers is not about  ‘I know everything, I have mastered this, now come follow me’. It’s about ‘Come take my hand, we go discover this together. I share with you the mistakes I have made so far and you share with me the mistakes you have made and hopefully we won’t make those same mistakes.’ Go out and play the game and do it together.

    Ik vond het ook erg mooi. Sluit het een beetje aan bij je excellentieproject misschien? Zin daar eens wat over de schrijven/bloggen?
